Terms and Conditions.

1. Promotions are run by Masport Limited, of 1-37 Mt Wellington Highway, Mt Wellington, Auckland, 1060

2. Promotion is only open to New Zealand residents.

3. Employees of Masport, their Agencies and their immediate families are not eligible to enter promotions.

4. By participating in any promotion and supplying your email address, you are declaring that Masport may contact you in regard to the Choose Your Power competition.

5. All promotion entries must be received by 5pm 30 October 2020. The draw will take place 2 November 2020 and the winner notified via email address supplied.

6. The prize will be based on the lawnmower the entrant is suggested via the chooseyourpower.co.nz website quiz.

7. No responsibility is taken by Masport for late, lost or misdirected entries. The decision in relation to any aspect of the promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. Entrants may only enter once. Masport reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry that is not in accordance with these Terms.

9. Promotion prize draws will take place as specified for each promotion. Prize winners will be contacted via supplied email address.

10. If a prize winner cannot be contacted or does not respond to notification within a week of a notification being sent by Masport, the prize will be withdrawn and the prize redrawn.

11. Prizes cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. If a winner is unable to take the prize at the time stipulated, then the prize will be forfeited by the winner and no cash will be awarded in lieu of the prize. If a prize specified in a promotion becomes unavailable for any reason Masport may provide an alternative prize at its discretion.

12. If a prize winner is under the age of 18 years the prize may still be awarded at Masports discretion, but it is preferable that a parent or legal guardian accompany the winner if the prize cannot be sent to the winner and needs to be accepted at a meet and greet event.

13. Masport and any other agencies associated with a promotion will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is sustained (directly or indirectly), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained by any entrant or prize winners, in connection with a promotion or any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

14. By entering any promotion, you agree that we may use your personal details may be used for the purposes of administering the relevant promotion and also for marketing of Masport products. Masports privacy policy can be found here. You may receive promotional information from Masport from time to time and you may unsubscribe from these messages at any time.

15. Masport may at its sole discretion and at any time amend the terms of a promotion and / or cancel a promotion.

16. Please allow up to 21 days from confirmation for delivery of prize.
